Similar to tai chi, our movements help you to balance assertiveness and yielding, receiving and giving,
intelligence and wisdom, home and career, self and team, left brain and right brain.

Earth Rhythms

A blend of yoga, tai chi and walking, running or strides. Workouts are based on the seasons and lunar phases. See video examples below.

 At the dark of the moon, as chi moves down into the ‘roots,’ core and subconscious,
generally people are generally low in energy, so the movements we invite you to do are lower in intensity.


Whereas near the full moon - the brightest time of the cycle - people are generally at their most energetic. 
Chi surges out into the muscles and conscious mind, supporting movements of higher intensity, because energy is up!
