Meditation-in-Motion is a holistic approach to sacred scripture. The idea is that you take a spiritual truth or philosophy, and find the movement that matches. See videos examples below.

How does one do Meditation-in-Motion?

Step 1
: Learn all 12 movements

Step 2: Learn how to match movement to the tradition or scripture of your choice

Step 3: Do the movement, focusing on the feeling or experience of the scripture

Step 4: Notice how your body and mind are responding as you move into mindfulness. What is your body informing you about the scripture? Take some time to sit quietly as you complete, noticing the impact on your body, mind, spirit and faith.

How can I learn Meditation~in~Motion?

You may purchase our CD that allows you to view videos of each movement on your computer with step-by-step instructions.
