Centering Movement and Mindfulness

  • As you move, notice the thoughts coming to mind.
  • Are there memories attached to the movements? Emotions?
  • Does the movement remind you of someone? Perhaps a hero (or villain)?
  • Where do you notice the movement in your body? Do you feel empowered there?
  • Does the opposite movement feel more comfortable? Less comfortable?

Once you complete, pause a few moments to be still, reflect, and notice how you deeply feel.
